BALTIMORE, MD—Thursday will bring slightly cooler temperatures to the Baltimore area, but there will also be an increased risk of severe storms.

The National Weather Service says that storms may develop throughout the region on Thursday afternoon and into Thursday evening.

Forecasters say any storms that develop may be capable of producing isolated instances of damaging winds and flash flooding.
