NOTTINGHAM, MD—Crews are responding to a water main break in the Nottingham area.

A water main has ruptured along Belair Road in the Overlea/Fullerton area, according to the Maryland Department of Transportation.

MDOT reports that two of three southbound lanes are closed along Route 1 between Wholesale Club Drive and Putty Hill Avenue.

The Department of Public Works says the lane closure in this highly congested area will be in effect until Thursday at the earliest.
