BALTIMORE, MD—A hot and humid Saturday in the Baltimore area will bring a chance for more severe storms.
The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory (the Excessive Heat Warning has been cancelled) as dangerous heat index values of 100-110 degrees are forecast for much of the area.
Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected, especially on Saturday afternoon and evening.
Some storms may be severe and produce locally damaging winds.
Residents should remain weather-aware throughout the day.
