MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Police have determined that the device found in Middle River on Wednesday morning was not a threat.
At around 7 a.m. on May 31, 2023, detectives were conducting a joint investigation in the 700-block of Middle River Road.
While at the location, detectives located a suspicious device that was believed to be an explosive.
The Baltimore County Police Department’s Hazardous Device Team determined the device was not a threat.
Since this matter remains part of an ongoing investigation, police say they can only provided limited information at this time.
