Baltimore County Police Department announces activities for 2023 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week

TOWSON, MD—Each year in April, the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office for Victims of Crime coordinates National Crime Victims’ Rights Week link to promote victims’ rights and services, and honor crime victims and those who advocate on their behalf. The theme for this year’s NCVRW is “Survivor Voices: Elevate. Engage. Effect Change.”

National Crime Victims’ Rights Week is scheduled for April 23 to 29.

Below are events that will be held in Baltimore County to raise awareness about crime victims’ rights, protections and services.
