PARKVILLE, MD—A suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred in Parkville earlier this month.

The shooting took place at just after 11:45 p.m. on March 25, 2023 in the 7200-block of Harford Road (21234).

Members of the Baltimore Police Department’s Warrant Apprehension Task Force have arrested Damian Palmer, whom investigators is responsible for shooting a 55-year-old male victim.

Palmer was arrested on Wednesday, March 29, in the 800-block of Briar Hill Place in Essex without incident.

He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
