HILLENDALE, MD—Crews are on the scene of an apartment fire in the Hillendale area.

The fire was reported at around 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 in the 1000-block of Halstead Road (21234).

A second alarm has been sounded and rescues are being reported.

Motorists should avoid the area.
