TOWSON, MD—Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death on Loch Raven Boulevard.

On Tuesday, November 22, homicide detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the 8700-block of Loch Raven Boulevard in reference to an unconscious person.

When they arrived at the scene, detectives found the victim deceased. It was later determined that 24-year-old Pavan Patel suffered from a fatal gunshot wound. This homicide remains under investigation.
