NOTTINGHAM, MD—Some local Scouts did their part to give back to the community this weekend.

Miguel Acosta and his team from Troop 130 completed his Eagle Scout project on Sunday morning.

Per Councilman David Marks, the troop installed flower boxes and beautified the courtyard at Seven Oaks Elementary School.

“Everyone did a great job,” said Councilman Marks. “Thank you to the Seven Oaks faculty and students for their support!”
