NOTTINGHAM, MD—Two local beaches are now open for the season.

The Baltimore County Department of Recreations and Parks has opened Rocky Point and Miami Beach on May 26th.

Beach hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Swimming is permitted at own risk when lifeguards are not on duty, within the designated swim areas.  Admission rates apply Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Rocky Point beach is located at 2200 Rocky Point Road, Essex, Maryland, 21221.

Miami Beach is located at 4001 Bay Drive, Bowleys Quarters, Maryland, 21220
