WHITE MARSH, MD—Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a homicide that occurred in White Marsh.

At just after 1:15 a.m. on May 14, officers responded to a cardiac arrest call near Silver Spring Road and Philadelphia Road.

When authorities arrived, they found 27-year-old Whitney Hoover suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside a vehicle. Hoover was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Baltimore County detectives have arrested 18-year-old Justin D. Allen and charged him with first-degree murder.

No additional information or possible motive is being released at this time
