NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police have identified the human remains that were found at a Perry Hall landfill last week.
On February 28, latent fingerprints identified 71-year-old Gary Fickling as the individual found on Friday at the Honeygo Run Landfill on Philadelphia Road (21128).
At just before 1:30 p.m. on February 25, officers responded to the landfill and confirmed that human remains were found.
The circumstances surrounding Fickling’s death remain under investigation.
