PARKVILLE, MD—Police are on the scene of a Tuesday evening shooting in Parkville.
At around 5:30 p.m., officers responded to the 7700-block of Harford Road (21234) for a report of shots fired.
At the scene, police found an adult male who had been shot in the neck.
The victim is reportedly in trauma arrest.
