NOTTINGHAM, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Baltimore County and Baltimore City.
The watch will be in effect until midnight tonight.
Forecasters say severe storms are likely to develop over the next few hours.
These storms are likely to produce quarter-sized hail, 70 mph winds, and may even produce a few tornadoes.
A Flash Flood Watch is also in effect until 2 a.m. on Thursday.
