PERRY HALL, MD—Police in Baltimore County have released additional information on a warrant that was executed at a Perry Hall spa earlier this month.

At just after noon on June 3, officers executed a warrant at the Youni Wellness Spa located at 9309 Belair Road (21236).  Three females were arrested as part of the investigation.

On Tuesday, police identified the three females and the charges that were filed against them:

Chuanmin Tu, 23, and Chuanlan Lyu, 52, were each charged with practicing massage without a license.

Ying Li, 50, has been charged with prostitution and with practicing massage without a license.
