NOTTINGHAM, MD—Longtime Baltimore favorite Pappas’ Seafood will fill the vacant ABC Rental location on Belair Road in Perry Hall.
Pappas will use the location at 8801 Belair Road for its shipping department. This site is in the Perry Hall commercial revitalization district, an area where Councilman David Marks has targeted new businesses and improvements.
“We are excited to continue our expansion in Baltimore County. This is our home and we look forward to our future in our new Perry Hall location,” said Steve Pappas, CEO of Pappas Seafood Company.
“I am delighted that a longtime Baltimore landmark will occupy this long-vacant space in Perry Hall,” Councilman Marks said. “Since 1972, Pappas Restaurant has offered some of the best seafood in America, putting Baltimore on the map. Now we are welcoming them to Perry Hall, which will be the heart of their shipping department.”
Councilman Marks offered to work with any neighbors to address any concerns they may have, although the location is in a primarily commercial setting.
