Councilman Marks: Police to increase enforcement on major corridors this weekend

PERRY HALL, MD—After a weekend that saw four crashes in the Kingsville and Perry Hall areas, and a fifth on Wednesday, Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Thursday reminded motorists to slow down and says to expect robust police enforcement this Saturday, March 13th, and Sunday, March 14th.

“I have been in touch with the White Marsh precinct, which patrols some of our most heavily-traveled corridors, and motorists can expect robust police enforcement this weekend,” said Councilman Marks. “It is impossible to stop all bad behavior, but hopefully this will compel drivers to please slow down.”

Councilman Marks has also been in touch with county and state road agencies to see if any improvements can be made to these corridors to make them safer.

Councilman Marks has also been in touch with the Maryland State Highway Administration.
