NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a pair of local crimes that were reported over the weekend.

At just before 1:15 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, an individual was walking in the area of Perring Parkway at Hillsway Avenue (21234) when a vehicle approached. One of the three suspects inside the vehicle pointed a gun at the victim.

The suspects then exited the vehicle, assaulted the victim, and then fled the scene.

At just after 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 7, an individual attempted to break into a residence in the unit block of Ambolin Court (21236) via a rear window.

The suspect knocked over an item on the window ledge, which caught the occupant’s attention. The suspect then fled.
