NOTTINGHAM, MD—The active February winter weather pattern will continue this weekend as a potential ice storm heads toward the Mid-Atlantic.
The National Weather Service says that the Baltimore area could see up to 1/4-inch of ice accumulation over the next 48 hours.
Precipitation will likely start as freezing rain late Saturday morning and continue until Sunday morning.
Motorists should plan on slippery road conditions throughout the weekend.
