PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday afternoon crash on I-695 in Parkville.
The crash was reported at just after 2:45 p.m. along the outer loop at Perring Parkway (exit 30).
Traffic is backed up along the outer loop between Perring Parkway and Belair Road.
Motorists should expect delays in the area.
