Carjacking reported on Loch Raven Boulevard, Fullerton storage facility burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Authorities are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the Labor Day weekend.

At just after 9:45 a.m. on Friday, September 4, a man attempted to intervene in an assault in the 8600-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). Several individuals then assaulted the victim and stole his cell phone.

At around 11:45 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to an alarm at a storage facility in the unit block of Wever Road in Nottingham/Fullerton (21236). Officers discovered that a hole had been cut in the fence. They were then able to recover a dirt bike. Eight storage units were found to be damaged.

At just before 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 6, a man was sitting in his parked car at the Giant, located in the 8100-block of Loch Raven Boulevard.  The suspect displayed a handgun and stole the man’s vehicle.
