PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Monday morning tractor-trailer crash on I-695.
The crash was reported at around 8:15 a.m. along the outer loop between Perring Parkway and Loch Raven Boulevard.
The two left lanes along the outer loop are blocked between Perring and Loch Raven.
Motorists should use caution in the area.
