TOWSON, MD—Authorities say a missing Philadelphia man may be in Baltimore County.

Dominick Lapinski, 20, is about 5’11” tall, and weighs approximately 195 pounds.

He has gone missing from the 11200-block of Halstead Street in Philadelphia, PA (19116).

Lapinski was last seen on November 27, 2019, in the area of Stevenson Lane and Haddon Hall Road in Towson (21212).

Anyone with information on Dominick Lapinski’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or the Towson Precinct at 410-887-2361.
