ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a man who has gone missing from the Essex area.

Shawn Phillips, 43, was last seen on Tuesday morning at his home in the 900-block of Punjab Circle in Essex.

Phillips is 5’7″, weighs 140 pounds, and has a New York Yankees tattoo on his neck.

He was last seen wearing brown pajama pants and blue shoes.

He has a cognitive impairment and is non-verbal.

Anyone with information on Shawn Phillips’ whereabouts is asked to call 911 or police at 410-887-0220.
