PERRY HALL, MD—They’ve done it again.

Perry Hall High School’s Lady Gators soccer team defeated the Montgomery Blair Blazers, 1-0, in the state semifinals on Saturday at Gaithersburg High School.

Sophomore Kyleigh Gough scored the only goal of the game.

The Gators will face the Severna Park Falcons for the class 4A girls soccer title in the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) state championship, to be held next weekend at Loyola University. The exact date and time have not yet been revealed.

Perry Hall beat Montgomery County’s Walt Whitman High School 4-2 in last year’s 4A title game to win their first state championship.
