TOWSON, MD—Motorists heading west on the beltway should be aware of a major Wednesday morning incident.
A crash has shut down the I-695 outer loop between Charles Street and I-83.
The crash was reported at just after 11 a.m.
Heavy delays are present along the top side of the beltway.
Motorists should use caution in the area.
