MIDDLE RIVER, MD – Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday afternoon apartment fire in Middle River.
The fire was reported at about 4:45 p.m. in the 200-block of Middleway Road (21220).
Arriving units found smoke showing from the terrace level of a three-story apartment building.
Witnesses describe seeing people jumping from the third floor to escape the fire.
There has been no word on any injuries.
Motorists should use caution in the area.
