Baltimore County officials say a sanitary sewer pipe has failed in Middle River.

The 30-inch pipe is located at the intersection of Compass Road and Decatur Road (21220).

Repairs will impact traffic in the area.

Due to the size and location of the break, the repair work is expected to take about one week.

Officials say there was no sewage released as a result of the break.
