Crews are on the scene of a Friday afternoon crash along I-695 in Fullerton.

The crash was reported at just before 2:45 p.m. along the outer loop between I-95 and Belair Road.

One person is reportedly trapped in their vehicle and a rescue is in progress.

The outer loop of I-695 has been shut down between I-95 and Belair Road.

Motorists should use an alternate route.
