UPDATE: Reports indicate that one adult male was rescued at the scene. He was not initially breathing but paramedics were able to regain a pulse. There has been no update on his condition. The fire is under control but has not yet been extinguished. A second medic suit has been dispatched.

Crews are on the scene of a Tuesday night apartment fire in Parkville’s Hillendale community.
The fire was reported at about 8:45 p.m. in the 7700-block of Hillendale Road (21234).
Arriving units reported there was smoke showing from a two-story apartment building.
There has been no word on any injuries.
