Crews are on the scene of a serious, Wednesday morning crash along I-695.
The crash involved five vehicles and was reported at just after 9 a.m. along the outer loop just prior to the Route 40 exit.
The two left travel lanes are closed.
Injuries have been reported and multiple ambulances have responded to the scene.
Motorists should expect heavy delays in the area.
