Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian that occurred near Parkville on Tuesday night.

At about 9:20 p.m., a 50-year old woman was in the 7000 block of Park Drive (21234) when she was struck by a vehicle.

The vehicle and driver did not remain at the scene after the crash.

The woman was taken to an area hospital where she is listed in critical condition.
