The Maryland Community Action Partnership will hold a ribbon-cutting on Thursday for the new Eastern Family Resource Center.

The event will be held at 9150 Franklin Square Drive in Rosedale from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The new Eastern Family Resource Center includes an expanded shelter for women and families as well as a new men’s shelter, a new transitional shelter, an expanded Health Care for the Homeless Suite, as well as other various health department functions.
