Police are investigating one attempted burglary and two delivery driver robberies that were reported over the weekend.
At 3:30 p.m.on Saturday, August 5, an individual attempted to break into a home in the 2200 block of Ellen Avenue in Parkville (21234) but was scared away by the occupants.
At about 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, a delivery driver was making a pizza delivery in the 1100 block of Tace Drive in Essex (21221), when a man approached, displayed a handgun, and demanded cash. The delivery driver refused, but the suspect was able to get some cash and food from the driver.
At 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, a pizza delivery driver was making a delivery in the 9900 block of Berliner Place in Middle River (21220), when four juveniles assaulted him, took the pizza, and stole his truck keys. One of the suspects stole the victim’s cell phone and wallet from his truck and then the juveniles fled the scene.
