Police investigating local robbery, 2 local burglaries

police-lightsPolice are investigating a robbery and two local burglaries that were reported last week.

Sometime between 7:45 and 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, someone entered an apartment in the 8900 block of Waltham Woods Road in Parkville (21234) and stole two handguns.

Sometime between 8 and 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, an individual entered a residence in the 8600 block of Castlemill Circle in Nottingham (21236) via an unlocked kitchen door and stole clothing, jewelry and shoes.

At about 9 p.m. on Friday, June 16, a man was walking in the area of Middle River Road and Windlass Drive in Middle River (21220) when he was approached by three suspects who assaulted him and stole cash from his pockets. The suspects then fled the scene.

Police investigating 3 robberies in Essex

robberyPolice are investigating three robberies that took place in the Essex area within the past week.

At 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, a man walking in the area of Compass Road and Luke Road, 21220, was assaulted by four suspects, who hit him on the head and stole his headphones.

At 9 p.m. on Friday, April 28, a man was assaulted and robbed by 10-12 individuals in the 600 block of Compass Road, 21220. The suspects stole his bicycle, wallet and cellphone before fleeing the scene.

At 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, a man was robbed by three individuals, one armed with a handgun, in the 1300 block of Windlass Drive, 21220. The suspects stole his wallet, money and cellphone before fleeing the scene.
