Councilman Marks: Resurfacing of Belair Road to begin in May, Joppa Road a top priority
Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced on Friday that the Maryland State Highway Administration had begun patching portions of Belair Road from I-695 to Still Meadow Drive.
