Crash shuts down Route 40 ramp

Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday morning crash in White Marsh. Advertisement At about 10:45 a.m., the Maryland State Highway Administration reported that the ramp from westbound Route 40 to Route 43 had been shut down due to the crash.
