Downed power line sparks fire on Mountain Road in Fallston

FALLSTON, MD—Crews are responding to an incident involving a downed power line in the Fallston area. At around 7:15 p.m. on Sunday evening, units responded to the 400-block of Mountain Road after a downed power line sparked a roadside fire. There has been no word on any injuries. Crews to begin new resurfacing projects along Route 40, Belair Road in Harford County

JMVFC seeks to reunite lost husky with owner

JOPPA, MD—Fire officials in Harford County are hoping to reunite a lost dog with its owner. The Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company says the female husky pictured above was found at the Mountain Road (MD 152) exit off of I-95 in Joppa. The dog is currently staying at the firehouse.
