Woman robbed in Carney, attempted break-in reported at Walther Liquors

Sometime between midnight on Tuesday, July 10, and 4:30 a.m. on Friday, July 13, an individual attempted to enter Walther Liquors, located in the 8600-block of Walther Boulevard (21236). Pry marks were observed on the rear door and door jam. No entry was gained.

At just after 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, a man was robbed of his cash by two individuals, one of whom displayed a gun in the area of Middleborough Road and Back River Neck Road in Essex (21221) . The suspects then fled on foot.

At 3:30 a.m. on Friday, July 13, two individuals broke into the Dunkin Donuts located in the 7500-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237) via the drive through window. The suspects destroyed and removed electronic equipment before fleeing.

At 3 p.m. on Friday, an individual entered the Metro PCS store located in the 400-block of Eastern Boulevard in Essex (21221). Implying a gun, he ordered the clerk to give him money and her cell phone. He also stole a store cell phone and then fled.

At just before 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, a man was attempting to enter his vehicle in the 9600-block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237) when an armed individual demanded his property. The suspect left on foot with the victim’s cash, cell phone, credit card, keys, and a personal identity item.

At 9 p.m. on Saturday, a woman was robbed by an armed individual in the 9400-block of Harford Road in Carney (21234). The suspect then fled on foot.

Sometime between 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, and 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 15, an individual broke into Highpoint Buildings in the 8700-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). The suspect removed a sequence of checks from the business checkbook and stole a beverage.

At just after 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, an individual deliberately struck and assaulted someone with a vehicle in a parking lot in the 8600-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237).

Multiple robberies reported over the weekend

At just after 4:15 a.m. on Friday, July 6, two individuals, one of whom was armed, knocked on someone’s door in the 600-block of Delaware Avenue in Essex (21221). Once the victim opened the door, the suspects entered and stole jewelry, a wallet, money, and medication. The suspects then fled the scene.

At 4:45 a.m. on Friday, an individual was walking in the area of Hazelwood Avenue and Ellinwood Road in Rosedale (21237) when a suspect brandished a knife and demanded money. The victim gave the suspect money and a bank card, and the suspect then left in a vehicle.

At 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, a woman reported that at 8 p.m. on Friday, she was approached and assaulted by two individuals in the area of Middleborough Road and Queens Purchase Road in Essex (21221) . The suspects also stole the victim’s belongings.

At just before 9 p.m. on Saturday, after an altercation had taken place, a juvenile was robbed of his personal property by another juvenile in the 2600-block of Rader Avenue in Parkville (21234). The suspect stole clothing, a cell phone, and cash from the victim. The suspect was arrested.

At just before 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 24, an employee entered an unoccupied room prior to check out at the Regal Inn in Rosedale (21237) and attempted to steal a ring. The ring was recovered.

Sometime between 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, and 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 17, an individual entered the secured office shed of High Point Buildings, located in the 8700 block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). Once inside, the suspect stole food, then fled the scene.

At 1:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 17, a suspect with a handgun robbed the Royal Farms store located in the 7900 block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). The suspect also robbed one of the customers in the store and then fled on foot.

At just after 2 a.m. on Thursday, two individuals attempted to burglarize Pastore’s of Rosedale, located in the 8400 block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237), by smashing the front door glass. The alarm sounded and the suspects fled. No entrance was gained.

At just after 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, a man entered the Royal Farms store located in the 800 block of South Marlyn Avenue in Essex (21221), purchased a pack of cigarettes, and left. The man realized the cigarettes had been opened and returned to the store to get a refund. The store clerk refused to refund the money. The man then went behind the counter and, while taking the cigarettes, assaulted the clerk and then left the store. The suspect was arrested.

At just after 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, an armed man entered the Royal Farms store located in the 1600 block of Middleborough Road in Essex (21221) and demanded that the cashier open the register. After taking the cash, the suspect attempted to rob a customer of his wallet, but the customer had no wallet, so the suspect fled.

7-Eleven, two Royal Farms stores robbed

Armed RobberyPolice say a 7-Eleven and two Royal Farms stores were robbed over the past week, and a juvenile was also robbed in Nottingham.

At about 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, a juvenile was approached by three armed juvenile suspects while seated inside a vehicle at the intersection of Eastmet Drive and Handworth Way (21236). The suspects robbed the victim of his cash and cell phone and then fled on foot.

At about 12:45 a.m. on Friday, April 13, a man entered the 7-Eleven store located in the 800 block of Compass Road in Middle River (21220), displayed a gun, stole cash, and then fled the scene.

At about 2 a.m. on Friday, an armed individual entered the Royal Farms store located in the 8200 Block of Harford Road (21234) and ordered the cashier to remove cash from the register. The suspect took the cash, then fled.

At just before 6 a.m. on Saturday, April 14, an armed individual entered the Royal Farms store located in the 1600 block of Middleborough Road in Essex (21221) and stole the cash from the safe and register. The suspect then fled the scene.
