Tractor-trailer driver flees from police on I-95, travels in wrong direction for nearly 8 miles
EDGEWOOD, MD—A tractor-trailer driver has been arrested after fleeing from police on Interstate 95 and traveling in the wrong direction for nearly eight miles.
