Community mourns passing of Mark Elsaid, Perry Hall Double-T Diner manager
NOTTINGHAM, MD—The community is mourning the loss of a beloved local personality. Mhram “Mark” Elsaid, 56, of Nottingham, died on Thursday, August 5th.
