MDOT offers light-up bracelets to help keep trick-or-treaters safe on Halloween
BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) and Motor Vehicle Administration (MDOT MVA) want children to see and be seen this Halloween.
