Essex VFC announces passing of oldest life member
ESSEX, MD—The Essex Volunteer Fire Company on Friday morning announced the passing of their oldest life member, LeRoy “Jimmy” Ogle. Ogle was considered a pilar in the Essex community, joining the Rockaway Beach Volunteer Fire Company July 1st, 1953, thus giving him over 66 years of service.
