Rescue underway after vehicle overturns along I-95

AmbulanceCrews are on the scene of a Thursday night crash along Interstate 95 in the Bradshaw area.

At about 9:45 p.m., the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported that one of its engines was assisting units from Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company after a vehicle overturned along southbound I-95 between Raphel Road and the Big Gunpowder River.

Reports indicate that the vehicle’s occupants are trapped.

Motorists should use caution in the area.


Belair Road shut down due to Kingsville crash

Crash AccidentCrews are on the scene of a Thursday evening crash in Kingsville.

The crash was reported along Belair Road at Mt. Vista Road at about 5:15 p.m.

Belair Road is currently shut down at Mt. Vista Road and wires are down in the roadway.

Motorists should avoid the area.


Kingsville triple-stabbing suspect identified, charged

David Lee SandersPolice have identified the suspect wanted in connection with a weekend triple-stabbing in Kingsville.

David Lee Sanders, 24, of the 600-block of Yorkshire Drive (21040), has been charged with multiple counts of attempted murder and assault in connection with the stabbing of three victims at El’s County Line Bar & Grill (formerly the Dew Drop Inn) on Philadelphia Road early Sunday morning.

Three men sustained stab wounds during a physical altercation involving Sanders on the parking lot at just after midnight.

All three men were taken to area hospitals for treatment and are expected to recover from their wounds.

Sanders fled the scene before police arrived but was quickly identified by detectives. A warrant was obtained for his arrest on Sunday. He was located and arrested early Thursday morning.

Sanders is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending a bail review hearing.


Triple-stabbing reported at former Dew Drop Inn

UPDATE: Police say the stabbing occurred at just after midnight. The three adult male victims were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A triple-stabbing occurred overnight in the Kingsville area.

At about 1:30 a.m., police were searching for a suspect wanted in connection with a triple-stabbing at El’s County Line Bar & Grill (formerly the Dew Drop Inn).

Authorities were reportedly using land, air, and K-9 units to search for the suspect in the area of Pulaski Highway at Oak Avenue in Joppa overnight.

El’s County Line Bar & Grill is located at 12301 Philadelphia Road (21o87).

Crash reported along northbound I-95

At just after 10:30 a.m., the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported that one of its units had responded to a crash along northbound I-95 just prior to the MD-152 exit.

There has been no word on any injuries.
