A local farm is introducing a new festival that will be held next month.
Richardson Farms announced on Thursday that it would be holding its first-ever Sunflower Fest.
The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017.
The event will feature food stations, beer, wine, and all proceeds will benefit the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company.
Tickets cost $35 each or 2 for $60. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
Richardson Farms is located at 5900 Ebenezer Road in White Marsh.

The 2017 “A Taste of Honeygo” festival is coming to Honeygo Village next month.
The annual festival will be held on June 4, 2017.
The music this year will be Cris Jacobs. “Rolling Stone” has named Jacobs one of 10 top musicians to watch. Formerly with The Bridge, Cris’ music is funky and heartfelt.
There will also be face-painting, bounce houses, and arts and crafts for the kids.

One of the biggest beer festivals of the year is happening in White Marsh on Saturday.
The 8th annual Honeygo Wine & Spirits Beerfest takes place from 12 to 4 p.m. at Honeygo Village Center.
Attendees can expect to find 27 breweries on-site, live music, Gypsy Queen Cafe (GQ Food Truck), and more

The new school year is right around the corner, and one local White Marsh retailer wants to help you get ready.
Baltimore County Public Schools will hold a “Back to School Festival” at Boscov’s in White Marsh Mall on Saturday, August 20th.
The event will take place on the store’s back parking lot from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Donations will be accepted. Boscov’s White Marsh is asking shoppers to help make sure that Baltimore County students in need receive the school supplies, underwear and socks they need to prepare for the new school year.
There will be door prizes, food, information, the BCPS Parentmobile and more.
This event is presented by The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools.
