Crews are on the scene of a Sunday afternoon drowning incident near Joppa.
At about 2 p.m., paramedics responded to an area near 10500-block of Jones Road in Bradshaw.
Reports indicate that a male drowning victim was said to be in cardiac arrest at the scene.
Crews are attempting to reach the area via ATV.
No further information is available at this time.
Police in Baltimore County have identified the man who drowned in the Loch Raven Reservoir on August 27th.
Terry J. Ousley, 24, of the 5000-block of Pine Needle in Mascotte, Florida was reportedly in the Baltimore area seeking employment.
Ousley’s body was located by Baltimore County Police Dive Team members earlier this week.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Divers have recovered the body of the individual who drowned in Loch Raven Reservoir on Monday.
The identity of the drowning victim has not yet been determined.
Anyone with additional information is asked to call police at 410-307-2020.
At just before 11 a.m. on Monday, rescue crews responded to the 10500 flock of Pot Spring Road (21030) for an inland water rescue.
Witnesses saw a male individual go under the water without resurfacing.
Water rescue units from the Texas Fire Station, Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company, and the Arbutus Volunteer Fire Company were unable to locate the victim.
Rescue operations ended and recovery operations began at about 12:45 p.m. on Monday.

At about 11:30 a.m., units from the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company’s swiftwater rescue team responded to the 10500-block of Pot Spring Road (21030).
Reports came in involving a male subject who went underwater and never resurfaced.
Crews are actively searching the waterways at this hour

At just before 3:30 p.m., units responded to the 9900-block of Finney Drive (21234) for a report of a subject who had drowned.
There has been no word on how the drowning occurred.
EMTs are said to be administering CPR at this hour.
