Man assaulted, robbed in White Marsh, Middle River

police-lightsPolice are investigating after men were assaulted and robbed in White Marsh and Middle River this week.

At just before 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, two individuals approached a man who was riding his bike in the area of Compass Road at Tinker Road in Middle River. The suspects assaulted the victim and stole his bike.


At just after midnight on Wednesday, October 10, two individuals approached and physically assaulted a man in the 8400-block of Cordon Way in White Marsh. The suspects took the man’s wallet, stole the cash from the wallet, and then both suspects fled on foot.

Fire reported at White Marsh fast food restaurant

FireCrews are heading to the scene of a restaurant fire in White Marsh.

At just before 1:30 p.m. on Friday, the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company said units were responding to the McDonald’s on Cordon Way, just off of Route 43, for a reported building fire.


Initial reports would seem to indicate a kitchen fire.

There has been no word on any injuries.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
