Police investigating local robbery, 2 local burglaries

police-lightsPolice are investigating a robbery and two local burglaries that were reported last week.

Sometime between 7:45 and 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, someone entered an apartment in the 8900 block of Waltham Woods Road in Parkville (21234) and stole two handguns.

Sometime between 8 and 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, an individual entered a residence in the 8600 block of Castlemill Circle in Nottingham (21236) via an unlocked kitchen door and stole clothing, jewelry and shoes.

At about 9 p.m. on Friday, June 16, a man was walking in the area of Middle River Road and Windlass Drive in Middle River (21220) when he was approached by three suspects who assaulted him and stole cash from his pockets. The suspects then fled the scene.

Crews responding to Perry Hall house fire 

Emergency personnel were on the scene of a house fire in Perry Hall on Thursday night. 

At about 8:15 p.m., crews responded to a dwelling fire in the 8500 block of Castlemill Circle. 

Arriving personnel found smoke showing from the dwelling but the flames were brought under control quickly. 

An engine from the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene.

There were no reported injuries.
