Police investigating fatal overnight crash on I-695 at Perring Parkway
UPDATE: Police have identified the victim as Brian Sedgwick, 44, of Rosedale. The driver involved has been identified as Misti Donielle Sani Rookar Lake, 39, of Parkville.
