Overnight apartment fire reported in Rosedale

Crews battled an apartment fire in Rosedale early Wednesday morning. At about 2 a.m., fire personnel responded to the area of Boymans Court. At the scene, firefighters found heavy fire showing from the second floor of the apartment building. There has been no word on any injuries.

Robberies reported in Essex, Rosedale

Police are investigating robberies that were reported over the weekend in the Essex and Rosedale areas.
